BJKumar...
Did you know that the biggest king maker and wheeler and dealer in Pakistan... a fellow by the name of Tariq Aziz is an Ahmadi? Did you know the strongest reference in Pakistan is one Mirza Fareed, the first born of Mirza Nasir Ahmed - the third Caliph of Ahmaddiya movement? Did you know that Shahnawaz Industries, one of the largest private Industrial Empires, which owns everything from Mercedes Benz Franchise to Shezan Foods is an Ahmadi? that the owners of the largest Toyota dealerships in Pakistan are Ahmadis? That the owner of the largest MEDIA Group aka JANG GROUP is also an Ahmadi? I don`t want to fuel the Mullah impression of ``Ahmadis control Pakistan`` .... but Ahmadis are very strong in Pakistan...
So basically- my ``political`` and ``personal`` advantage lies with being an Ahmadi rather than being anything else...
But you would make an issue rather with my conversion and question my bonafide intentions with your diseased and bigoted mentality ?

OK, bigshot, enlighten us - why did you convert from ahmedi to sunni - and then sunni to ismaili?....

Kindly accept my sincere apology for EVER expressing my belief that any of the people here have any real dreams.
It was a mistaken belief. I did not intend to mislead anybody - I was only expressing what I thought at the time based on what I knew at the time!!!
Thank you very much!

PS: Infact... the only political advantage I have is if I convert back to Ahmaddiya ... for then it would be easier to get elected on a reserved minority seat.... and make it to the parliament.

Mian BJKumar...
Your insinuations just show the real sickness that pervades your very soul. For example... your illogical and bigoted statement does not explain why if I have converted out of convenience do I so forcefuly associate myself with the Ahmaddiya community still? What personal gain or political advantage would I hope to gain from that. I converted from Sunni Islam to Ismaili Islam at a time when Ismailis were being accused by Jamaat-e-Islami of being zionists... infact that was a strong factor in my conversion.
I am not a disgusting sewer rat like you... but I`ll tell you- conversions are a matter of conscience and only those who are able to think and understand may convert.

And all of that must have taken place as a matter of free choice! Like EVERY Ahmadi in Pakistan enjoys!!! Such a sweet plethora of choices!
It`s enough to turn a patriot into a superpatriot!
(Excuse me while I go look for my barf bag!!!)

Manto
(Wrong again boy. 70-80% of all declared Pakistani Ahmadis are foreign educated .... many from Harvard, Yale and Oxbridge)
If that is true, Mullah`s hatred of Ahmedis is easy to explain- they are just too wealthy, successful and well-educated. Religious dogmas are just a fig leaf.
Notice that you havent mentioned Rutgers in the above list

And I am sure any such CONVERSION is strictly for the purposes of spiritual upliftment.
For enhancing your awareness of fellow mankind.
Expanding horizons.
Getting to know more people and make new friends.
Absolutely!!
Personal gains (like physical survival) and political advantages (like getting elected) play absolutely no part in any such decisions.
Oh no, no, no!
Nooooooo........
Strictly altruistic motivations, for sure!
You just wanted to become a TRUE Muslim, perhaps.

No, you are not the dying type!
If I have to hazard my guess, you are the CONVERTING type!

Wrong again boy. 70-80% of all declared Pakistani Ahmadis are foreign educated .... many from Harvard, Yale and Oxbridge.... you don`t understand whats going here so I suggest you shut your little trap.
BJKumar,
I`d rather die than have a disgusting Hindutvist freak like you play my ``knight``. I hope that is clear.
Malik99...
Maududi`s son Tufail went to Rabwa and met Mirza Nasir Ahmad ... declaring ``If you support us, we will ensure your safe passage out of Pakistan``.... As for reserved seats etc... Ahmadis want to be full Pakistanis... nothing more nothing less... most are unconcerned whether you consider them Muslims or not.

In all religious traditions, good people like you are worth their weight in gold, and more. But the alim nonpareil on Chowk is Zeemax. So let`s pay attention to the many questions he raises.
For instance, how are the people who are ready to compromise going to triumph over the people who are determined to dominate?
How is it going to come about (assuming that fewer things may be wrought by prayers than all of us dreams of)?

Enough of this finger pointing, calling names and trying to tell the other person that he is Kaafir or on the path to hell !!!! There is no win-win situation in the matters of religion which is highly personal in my opinion. As long one calls him/her a Muslim others should respect that and leave the rest for judgment day and for Allah to decide who was right and who was wrong. This is a never ending debate and I am kind of SICK of it…
maybe we should pray for those who mothers, daughters and sisters who died in that stampede in karachi.

What mirzaees face in the way of ``discrimination`` in Pakistan is nothing compared to what Sindhis, Baluchis, or even Mohajirs face. Shias and Sunnis in Pakistan clash due to military`s rape and plunder of Pakistan. Ethnic groups clash for same reason. However, in the case of mirzaees, it is their incitement that causes much of the rage. Still, even the sworn enemy of mirzaees, Maududi, called for guaranteed seats for them in the Parliament. The current situation in regards to mirzaees in Pakistan is not that of ``active persecution`` that this article seems to suggest.

I think it is in the fate of Pakistan that whoever fight for its casue get themselves descriminated. Ahmadiyas get descriminated in their own land in independent Pakistan. Another group of patriots show same resolve and loyalty to Pakitani flag, are now rotting in Bangladesi camps as ``standed Pakistani``.

#201 Zeemax (further thoughts)
[That leads one to the conclusion that if there`s Tauheed, then Good and Evil are ACTUALLY the same thing. ]
Of course TAhmed exists and of course he represents both!

(continuing as Manto`s attorney....(a lawyer who needs his own attorney is in real deep doo-doo))
I am not sure if indeed those four positions are Manto`s own. There may be some truth in saying that a lot of ``educated`` Pakistanis (like him) know their inherent lack of consistency and the duplicity of their logic but are too scared to face up to it.
There is always the possibility that if they can somehow ``sell`` that vision - hey, the general population will start seeing for itself how ``wrong`` it has been - and things will go down the honky-dory way from there onwards.
So they close their eyes shut. They shut it real hard and hope that when they open it, it will be a brand new world in which all their dreams will come true.
And all the REAL events that have taken place - why they may have been just nightmares!
Never happened and it had nothing to do with THEM.... oh, no, no, noooooo.......!!
