[Thanks, but when one does it around a pillar, it`s got to have ``khamba`` in it - thus circumkhambambulate. :) ]
I am totally discombobulated ;)

#15, Veeresh {``IMHO, the Hajj Committee of India is by definition a Public Authority. It can not under any Law of India stop me from applying, that`s a simple fact of life I enjoy by virtue of being an Indian citizen. But over the years, this became accepted as a sort of given.
I put this query up to some friends of mine who are Muslim scholars, and they agree too, that I can not be stopped from applying to the Hajj Committee of India. ``}
Veeresh,
Please do apply. It will be interesting to see the results. Now, if by some miracle, the Saudis give you a visa, are you going to go ahead and circumcize the cube? :)

nb/14: ```` . . . that only Muslims may be allowed by the Saudis to enter Mecca, but that maybe the Indian government should not participate in anything so exclusionary, and should be open to all comers-then the Saudis can throw out non-Muslims, because that is what would happen . . . ````
Exactly.

Shall keep all of you posted on what sort of a response I get. Interim, I`ve also placed one with the Office of the President of India, requesting them to clarify if he is a ``Citizen of India`` or as per the MEA`s response, if he is a ``Muslim Citizen of India``.
Salim Chauhan/13 That`s a valid point, is the Indian government following the Pakistani Government`s definition of ``Muslim``?
The rest - no, I am not ``attacking`` Muslims or anybody else.

no, my brand new computer was playing up-would appreicate it if editors could take off two of those!

Veeresh Malik, {``Persons who are crippled, handicapped, lunatic or otherwise physically incapacitated or suffering from amputation of legs.``}
Veeresh,
LOL - I am laughing at the above exclusion. I object to ``lunatics`` being exclused. In fact, you got to be nuts to attempt to do what some of these yaatris do. :)
Good job,
I applaud your proactive manner in which you have demanded a definition of ``Muslim`` citizen of India. As we all know, only the Government of Pakistan is divinely-ordained to decide who is a Muslim and who is not - in addition to deciding who is a Paki and who is not. Thank you for your diligence. Don`t forget to come to Karachi and write about our great city.
