[Nobody has yet claimed responsibility for this dastardly act.]
Because they are gutless cowards. However, they will simply strengthen the resolve of the Indian nation.
Whatever the legitimacy any of these groups had are long gone. Now these creatures belong nowhere near the comity of civilized people.
Enjoy your thirst for blood, you killers - it is only a matter of time before your own blood will spill, too!

Let me repeat that using corrected grammar.
The individuals carrying such deeds are gutless cowards. However, they will simply strengthen the resolve of the Indian nation.
Those harboring them will also pay a heavy price.
Whatever the legitimacy any of these groups had in terms of any grievances is long gone. Anybody who protects these creatures must be treated no different than the perpetrators.
Enjoy your thirst for blood, you killers - it is only a matter of time before your own blood will spill, too!

What is the reason to get so worked up here? This is business as usual. For centuries, hindus have been providing non-stop human sacrifice on the altar of islam. Only the number varies. Whenever muslims are bored and want to have some fun, they come over to India and kill hindus. Just for the pleasure of it. There is no purpose or objective, it is just to hunt and kill hindus and enjoy the spectacle. This is what Ghaznavi did for pleasure 1000 years ago, and this is exactly what the LeT does today. As a bonus, they also get some brownie points with Allah.
Of course, they will mention some imaginary grievance as an excuse. Like how Mohd. bin Qasim blamed the hindus for provoking him to attack Sindh. It is really no different from that time. It is a one-way abusive relationship. Just like an abusive spouse blaming the victim for provoking him to hit the victim.
I think the best thing to do is to simply setup a contract with LeT and other such groups. Every year, we will take several thousand Indians and just send them over as a well organized human sacrifice to feed their hunger for hindu life. Hell knows we have enough population to spare a few thousand. At least that way, they dont have to destroy our infrastructure in the process and mess up our comfortable, daily lives!! Sheesh...what a nation of hijras we are.

Normally, common people do not want war, but after all, it is the leaders of the country that determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a facist dictatorship or a parliament or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought along to the bidding of the leaders. All you have to do is to tell them that they are being attacked and denounce the pacifist for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.

Bjk, unfortunately Ranjit is right in his post #3. Gandhi had the most astute observation when he said, ``a Hindu is a coward and a Muslim is a bully``. When the Muslims are insulted then they try to pick on a soft target no matter who insulted them. Look what happened when the American evangelist Jerry Falwell called Mohammed a terrorist. The same Falwell who has called Hindus a satanic cult. The Muslims did not have the cojones to hurt Falwell or the Americans will twist their privates so hard that Allah-o-Akbar will be coming out of all their orifices for the next one year. So what do they do? Attack innocent Hindus as indicated by the Solapur Riots
Despite centuries of oppression the Hindu self-esteem and fighting spirit has gone. Or maybe because of it. We seem to have developed a Stockholm Syndrome. We still tolerate all the abuses. I don`t know if we will ever find the courage.

why can`t we have some half-way decent emergency services..... in any other country - you will see uniformed professionals with modern equipment handling such situations .... but in India, it`s always the passers-by and onlookers using bedsheets to carry wounded out from the sites..... no paramedics, no ambulances, no fire trucks, no police, no professional help.... whether it`s a small auto accident or a big terror attack - the response is the same..... callous, un-organized, chaotic..... so pathetic..

When we had ghairat,
himmat, and Vahdat
When the Hindu, the Sikh & the musalmaan
were together in their hate for slavery , colonialism, & Imperialism & ``terrorised`` the britsturds
british so that we can be free
...& those who were never part of such ``terrorism`` are now home free to enforce their Brownie-Imperialism from the Cantonements & Colonies ( Why do these baigharats take pride to live in a COLONY if they were really against colonisation? but were they against? really)
After the Second World War, three officers of the Indian National Army (I.N.A.), General Shah Nawaz Khan, Colonel Prem Sehgal and Colonel Gurbux Singh Dhillon were put on trial at the Red Fort in Delhi for `waging war against the King Emperor`, i.e. the British sovereign

echo,
........ your post is sheer nonsense and totally irrelevant ......the question is, why are your jihadi brethren blowing up innocent people all over the world ? .......... shame on you ! .........
............ there is only one way to solve this problem - get rid of the jihadis one by one !........ if the pakistani government refuses to do what it should do, india should take care of the problem itself ......... targeted assasinations of the trouble makers starting with hafeez saeed of let, maulana fazlur rehman, qazi hussain and his henchmen (they have a strong case because of SIMI`s association with JI) ........ they will be doing pakistan a favor .........

There goes these Islamic fundamentalist ba$tards again !!
Actually it is not these guys who are to blame.
It is us Hindus, who inspite of multiple provocations, do nothing but turn our heads away.
It is us Hindus, who pay lip service to the religion, but default to Caste/Region/Language when it really matters
It is us who are impotent.
How many more incidents need to happen before we wake up?

Hmm, as one can see, the biggest haters of Hindus are the right wing Hindus who will call the community cowards leechers etc.
``We seem to have developed a Stockholm Syndrome. We still tolerate all the abuses. I don`t know if we will ever find the courage.
``
Also, I find hilarious the assumption that all victims are Hindus. Did not realize that rich Muslims, Christians and Sikhs of Bombay travel by Taxi or helicopter and hence do not need train service. Let`s face facts..the victims were Indians, anonymous Indians. Random people at the wrong place and the wrong time. The perps were believers in a specific ideology. TAhmed or some random Chowkie or Pakistani was not blowing bombs. A sub-set of a subset planned and activated the carnage. What will be the reaction...some people in India will be arrested, some platitudes will be spoken, relief measures will be announced for which the victims of the families will have to run around and pay bribes, a few weeks or months hence some babu will put a signature on a piece of paper sanctioning some money and the result will be a blast in Karachi or Quetta and meanwhile life will carry on and the victims will be remembered by their individual family members and close friends. No more and no less. So the hysterical rants are getting rather boring.
I would say I find Mohar`s comment to be sensible..

The defenders of the Hindus, the Shiv Sena, was busy rioting in Bombay a day before the blasts because someone desecrated a statue of Bal Thackeray`s wife. The irony...a man who sleeps with his own daughter in law is generating riots because his wife`s statue was defaced. The police meanwhile stays busy protecting the same so called VIPs. The Jihadi bastards, why don`t they kill such defenders of Hindus or even the defenders of Indian democracy (our politicians) instead of killing ordinary commuters in trains or gardeners outside Parliament???
