Indian soldiers effed Pak army without lard 3.5 times (3 diect wars and Kargil). As Sadna said, the beasts of Punjabi Pak army disfugured the dead soldiers in Kargil, though we did beat them ultimately there. Indian soldiers didn`t gouge the eyes of dead soldiers.

Yes this picture shows exactly where Indian army stands even with respect to Bangla Desh. It is cruel reality, but it`s right there. And Indian soldiers have no better record with mutilations etc ... that`s the nature of the beast.

The writ of Pakistan state does not extend over FATA. It is an autonomous region as far as choice of Governance is concerned. The Governor NWFP is the administrative head only because he appoints the political agents. FATA are Pak citizens and can vote-in their representatives to the parliament as an independant block. That is all.

As for sheltering foreign terrorists, that is what you call them. They don`t think that way, and it is up to them. Now there`s a proper and legitimate Taliban style governance there and Pak cannot do anything about it. But, these people have always been loyal to Pak.

If the Pak army had gone in and tried to influence FATA by operations, they got into a bit more than they could chew.

I could give you details, but I don`t trust you with those. I know you will use these to throw them in the Pak/Muslim face.

But, FATA is a part of Pak, and will remain so. Regardless of what you wish for it.

As long as FATA members are Pak citizens, take money from Pak federal government, have a right to vote in Pak elections and their administrative head is the governor of NWFP, the writ of the state extends over FATA.

The precise nature of the writ of the state is then a matter of adjustment between FATA and the Pak govt.
