First, I think it doesnt matter what kind of a message one is sending to anyone when doing something. What matters is whether one is doing the right thing to begin with. And I see nothing wrong with saying prayers as long as it does not intrude upon anyone privacy ( through use of loudspeakers e.g.), and as long as they clean up any mess afterwards.

Second, I have seen muslims get together to say prayers in the oddest places - basketball courts of community colleges, church rooms, community centers, a school cafeteria, and (believe it or not), the basement of someone`s home, a barnyard where I distinctly remembered seeing some nice fattened pigs displayed during a county fair the year before :-). And of course regular mosques too.

I have never heard of anyone finding this objectionable, since these prayers are said without the use of loudspeakers (those being quite rightly not allowed by local authorities), and in fact are facilitated by the local community (through making space available) and authorities (police assigned to ease the flow of traffic to mosque grounds on eid days, e.g.). The most interesting was the use of their church that priests obligingly allowed muslims to use. These very muslims would never dream, once they have a mosque, of permitting a non-muslim to use it to conduct their religious ceremonies!! And in Pakistan of course the apes are too busy blowing up each other`s mosques in Pakistan to think of sharing them with one another, let alone with non-muslims.

Hamidm, your main objections are as follows:

1) Beards: Would you support fazloo if he shaved it off?
2) Hygiene: Imran Khan`s views are MORE radical..i.e. Taliban style. And he doesn`t smell.
3) Women hating: Are you kidding? Again the above example.
