It is not many, just you, who cannot read and comprehend simple sentences. I was talking about the Middle Ages when I talked about inventing soap. Western medicine is built upon the foundation laid by Muslims scientists, which moreso than most other fields was indispensible in the development of this science. The inventions you mention required the `germ theory of disease` which was a Muslim contribution, amnesiacally `reinvented` by the West. The West was grovelling in its dung (as fact) when hospitals were being constucted in Baghdad, Cairo, Damascus, over a thousand years ago.
