Please write a column on the status of preventice medicine that is public health sector in Pakistan -- have the Pakistanis cleaned their old sewers and built new sewers -- are the men still urinating on the walls along the sidewalks -- as in India?

Couldn`t it be just an outcome of people having more money, and their greater health/medical consciousness?

There ought to be continously updated list of drugs or national medicine policy indicating Effective

less than effective

and useless drugs ......
