Welcome back, sameena. It` been a while.

Simple story of simple children feeling simple thoughts – simply told! I liked it.

To the child, consumed by images of the silver screen – the world seems to stop if the immediate gratification is denied. But mostly it is the adults who are in much worse shape.

Children can be self-centered – as per the call of age – but adults merely turn into selfish creatures.

Children can be made to see reason – as in this piece.

Making adults see reason – forget about it!

I was unsure if I had done the right thing…….Smitha, a friend called from Chennai the next day and put my dilemma to rest. Said she, children need to be made aware of such things to help them grow up with compassion; otherwise they will remain indifferent all through their lives……
