These days one finds readership dwindling even for short stories written in prose, so I do not blame your daughters for being no different than any other children including mine.

Thanks! If only you had spelled my name correctly, I would have been somewhat confident that at least one reader was patient enough to finish my story, which my daughter considers oppressively long and boring.
