pakistan should understand the taste of its own medicine, . you gave us that same medicine with the help of dawood ibrahim in 91 , by burning mumbai. violence will pay back in violence and more violence. wasn`t it hamid gul who said we will bleed india with a thousand cuts? and there was a wry smile in every pakistani face. now the poison cult people like gul, spread has infiltrated the very house it was born!

The last major political assassination in India was of Rajiv Gandhi. Both he and his mother were the victims of blow-back from the Sikh and Tamil extremists who bit the hands that fed them. Benazir could also be seen as a similar victim of the very Taliban style extremism that she nurtured in the early '90s.

I thank God that India has done away with dynastic saviors by-and-large and settled on good old corrupt, dour and colorless politicians like in every other democracy. Being able to kick them out every 5 years before they can do lasting damage is an added bonus.

As an aside, given the high cost that Pakistanis are paying to have the army on hand to perpetually save them, Mr. 10 percent is starting to look like a fantastic bargain.

Tahmed sahib,

Barring the issue of military rule there is a huge amount of similarity between India in 1990-92 and Pakistan in 2007. India managed to pass thru that, hopefully Pakistan too will survive the current crisis.

Regards

It is the monstrous, fiendish and 'Taghooti' rule by Mush which is breeding young suicide bombers like the one who killed himself and the most humane politician, the 'Benazir'.

The worst thing is the fact that the beneficiary of this gory murder is none else but the Gujrati Mafia and the 'Qatil League'.

May God help us!

I think its time Nawaz and the rest of the PPP leadership should sit down & come upon a 3 or 5 point agreement & fight a vigourous fight to get rid of the Lottas & the Mullahs in our ISI including Mushy. He is the double crossing evil, who kept all the American money doing lipservice and no real action against the rising terrorsit threat.

Look at it now, what options does anyone have but to keep him in power. West will keep him in power.

Its upto Nawaz & the rest of PPP leadership to avenege the blood of Bhutto.

Why Nawaz is boycotting the election -- is he scared -- he should fight it out if he wants to 'avenge the death of her sister'.

it's time for the chaudry brothers to burn in brotherly hell.

Why the Jihadis will kill Benazir? -- did she kill any Jihadis? -- in Lal Masjid, in Swat in Kurram? -- or does she come from Charsadda?
