Zee...
Daniel Pearl's activities in Pakistan were very shady, to say the least.
Ans: What was "shady"? He was chasing the terrorists and tried to expose the bluff Pakistani establishment doing. Pakis are caught red-handed for bluffing again and again. It would have been another time...

Ajeya etc...
Ans: What is this matter of conversion to Hinduism? I am not sure...Farha is married to Vindu ( So of Dara "Hanuman" Singh)...I am not sure this conversion business is that much there in upper class...
As per my knowledge, middle class Indian boys does not like to marry muslims girls due to cultural reasons...

#937 Posted by nb,
nb, before Tahir saheb offers his take, my take is that Wall Street Journal does not do investigative reporting on matters like these. All they publish on Pakistan etc is either sourced from the Pakistani Press, or by the syndicated journalist/commentator Zahid Hussain. They don't even have a local-based correspondent of their own.
I am a subscriber to the print edition of WSJ and have been for years, but certainly not for its coverage of Pakistan.

Tahir's response is a little strange.
[(2) The award for the most stamina-driven drivel – “Tahir” (who won narrowly over “Salim Chauhan”)
Thanks, I knew one day you'll acknowledge this!]
We are putting our best minds to investigate as to why this pleases him.
Tahir,
Can you explain sir?
Regards.

Tahir, out of curiosity:
You ask what a Wall Street fella was doing chasing terrorists. I think I know, but pray share your theory.

Chauhan sahib,
Mr. Max and you address me as 'brother', that is comforting; others abuse me is of no consequence. They are a mentally confused lot who think I'm a Pakistani-German!
Regards.

"Asra Q. Nomani is the author of Tantrika: Traveling the Road of Divine Love, about her travels through South Asia. She was a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal for 15 years. She currently lives in Morgantown, W.V., with her son Shibli. She can be reached at asra@asranomani.com"
Thanks for the additional 'buttock-info' (background details); indeed God's Department of Retribution is perpetually active. People just become excuses really.
Follow her money trail, and you'll arrive at an obvious conclusion. Who needs enemies with Trojans like these?
If she led the 'namaaz' addressed to a Persian goddess in N.Y., its alright; leading the pious believing women in 'salah' is a something else. She thinks she's Martin Luther of Germany with her '99 precepts for opening hearts'. It could have been named more appropriately: '99 concepts for unzipping'
Be careful , she has written Tantrika: Traveling the Road of Divine Love, a journey into the corners of her identity as a Muslim, an Indian and an American.
Regards Mr. Max.

Honor killing is similar to the Blasphemy law. In blasphemy law state is defending the honor of pbuh.
A hindu youth was killed in karachi for allegedly carrying out blasphemy. Mohammed’s main grouse against idol worship was that they cannot defend themselves. Now by blasphemy law state is defending Mohammed., is he too fragile to defend himself ?.
