You are too kind. I'm not gifted, just hard working. Writing really is a laborious process for me. And no, I'm not from Sarhad but from a little boring city called Faisalabad in Punjab.
A genuinely serious question. The fact that I am a Punjabi, does that change your attitude towards my work in that there's sometimes a rivalry of sorts amongst Pukhtuns/Punjabis. Thanks.

Where from faisalabad? and its quite amazing to see someone from this city writing in such a beautiful manner and specially about NWFP...

I will never stoop so low as to judge you and your work on ethnic/racial basis.
Echoing Bilal843's comment...It was just that the imagery you create through your writing is difficult to create unless you have 'lived' that experience... this supports my contention that you are gifted!
