Dude,
This is a self-serving article.
People in Jammu and Laddakh do not find Kashmiri "docile". But as murderous and corrupt, mob that had sucked all employment for all others within the state. All minorities are really tired of your self-righteous fits. We all know what happened when someone from Jammu became CM.

We see that Jammu is burning and there is no response from 'Kashmiri' establishment -- callousness.

As we know there is so much money flowing in that all 'political establishment', separatist, nationalists whatever is all bloody corrupt.
The whole state should be divided so at least a sanity reurns to the place.
