#55 Arjun sahib, thank you for informing us where your values and morals come from: the money as measure of all things criteria. I certainly am not drawing any salary from the GoP or the GoUS,- that is based on an erroneous assessment on your part (in fact the GoP and the GoUS get their "income" by raping the earth and its people, some more than other, governments aren't independantly wealthy you know). Further since you do not know anything about the field I am in, other than its name, it would be highly presumptious of you to claim it is "useless". Please refrain from conclusion that reveal your moronic mentality, I am sure deep down there is some intelligence in a brain that keeps track of all postings by all Pakistanis all the time...
Have a nice day,

The money is first rate...it's worth a lot of rupee...even more pakis rupees now that the paki rupee is in the toilet..
and 40 billion $s a year doing a honest job is much better than being a professor in a useless field, drawing a salary from the GoP..i.e. from the people who finance the GoP...i.e. the US government...

Arjun writes "It's understandable that you, as a paki, feel this intense burning sensation when you read about india exporting 40 billion $ of IT services..."
Arjun sahib, thank you for your kind observation regarding the "mirchi" in a certain section of my anatomy. However, much to your dismay, I should inform you that I feel no such sensation. My post was talking about the third rate imitation of the American accent and the fourth rate imitation of their lifestyle by Indian call center operators that is both degrading and demeaning. It had nothing to do with the IT that you export and the monetray value put on that.

India call center operators take note...
It's understandable that you, as a paki, feel this intense burning sensation when you read about india exporting 40 billion $ of IT services...especially when you all tried really really hard to get on the bandwagon but were miserable failures..
it's ok...if the sour grapes thing makes you feel better, knock yourself out...you have other problems than the mirchi on your backside..

"Darde-dil ke waste paida kyaa insaan ko
Warna itayet ke liyea kuch kam na the karobiyaan" --Ghalib.
to be severed from God is painful
I have never been this pained, in my life, before
they say angels keep company with sinners
to remind them, of their lord above
---Karobian = Fareshteh
lol I believe Fareshteh? used to be on the 4th floor as well
crazy days, haha, I remember once she brought Rekha's CD just because a new corruption was in the air, and everyone was so shocked they said "She SPEAKS to you?" haha, and I? we? had said..."yeah we know attitude" LOL
In the nearest language, it always works.

#33 I read your response, Peshawaree. Hindku is still a fascinating dialect, I had a reckoning with "Punjabi" very recently in my life -- I never thought I would utter one word in it. [Though I heard it spoken ]
For some time now, life is in a haze, it feels like Urdu, after all, is my language too...and your Nikama Fazool Pakistani would be better off understanding the hospitality of our people...we are kind to strangers and aliens -- by the way, a good book recommendation for you is
"The Stranger" by Camus -- this man's mother dies, and he does not cry...to all this seems un-natural, forbidden -- and yet, how are we to decide what he (or she) is really feeling?
We shouldn't judge, I'll remember that about Peshawar, and thanks for bringing humor on the page -- we are all missing pieces of a puzzle -- not any less important, than the other.
Sincerely,
MeiraJ08

Well done dear Pracha but to no avail as Qurani Allah says,"Those who are led astray by Allah himself (or, in his name, perhaps) become impervious to any guidance".

@masadi Don't know why, but I feel happy reading your comments :). Nice surgery of the article and I would say some valid counter arguments.
Its been a cliché in our soceity for the last couple of years that every Tom, Dick and Harry who thinks he is "modern" and "suave" makes it a point to curse our conventional modesty e.g. dressing, hijab etc etc.

#44 Arjun, thank you for confirming every point I made in the post. I appreciate your confirmation past your bigoted coloring of events, strawman or not. You are not the center of the universe, the "rationale" was in reference to the French authorities..."Integration" as third rate wannabes with a fourth class status is not something that anyone should seek....India call center operators take note...

Leadenwinter writes "I think the intrinsic problem with these people is that they don't quite ever get laid, (possibly because they're ugly.. inter alia e.g. the fat mutant hijabis of al-huda ) thus it irks them to no end if they discover or suspect anyone else enjoying their existance at all... "
Salam and greetings of peace to you all.
Army apologists like Leadenwinter display some common flaws in their thought process. First they suffer from a disease that is characterised by denigrating anyone that seems to fall outside their "taken for granted" world. Second they assume that those not like them are "ugly" and not attractive to women. These people having a tendency of being gay, spending time with their own gender in the barracks come to think that they know which men are attractive to women. Third they assume that their type of people, the military/dictator apologists that happen to find themselves in the West, "get laid"- that is an erroneous assumption. They are just as "unattractive" to the white woman (other than the grotesqely overweight ones) than any other colored guy, stud or not. Finally, these people who make big claims of "getting laid" and adding pseudo freudian explanations to every event, have themselves never gotten "laid". The only female genatalia they have seen was when they were getting born....

Arjun sahib, I feel your pain but thus far have not invented a pill to cure bigotry.
Sure...but the islamic world has a pill for victimhood..maybe it's a shot muslims babies are given at birth?
There is no rationale for banning any religious symbolism
That's a strawman. I never said I support the ban. But the fact of the matter remains that while islamofascist integration was the target, all religious symbols were targeted...no exceptions...even sikhs were hit...

Hamid Sahib,
Thanks for your interest in my writing. Upon last inquiry, this site did not belong to your mom or dad, kids or brothers and sisters. I am therefore not obligated to take your "shoo" seriously. On the other hand, the correct url for my site is http://www.asadi.org and not looneytunes.

The other symbols did not become as big an issue as the Hijab did viz a viz the authorities wanting to get rid of something by coercion, certainly not the cross. Those others were offered as political cover for a clearly bigoted practice that came with a plethora of stereotypes against Muslims.
Hurricane sahib, thank you for your support which is appreciated. Keep up the good deeds of challenging the dimwitted ones, particularly #42...

to banning the Hijab in France
enough of the poor islamofascists as victims schtick...It was a blanket ban religious wear...not a ban on hijab..and what prompted it was the failure of muslims to assimilate..and their tendency to, you know, blow shit up...
