Mr. Sarki has suffered just as people suffered under stalin , hitler and Mao.
It would have been better for our govt to charge him uder sessesion and trying to break the state of pakistan and given due sentence. If he was not guilty he could have got freedom. He should sue the GOP in high Court for torture mental and physical.
I feel Jiye Sindh is dangerous organization and they will go for independence if they get chance. This is not allowed and should be punished. If govt is following the law of land no body can object.
In China the splitist tendencies are not allowed and such things are considered terrorist activities and most of time East Turkasstan or tibet terrorist are put to death or given life imprisonment. They shoot and case is finished but they do not torture. Torture is not allowed by any countries law.
This connection with "sindhi world congress" is not good as they openly are advocating seperating from mother country of Pakistan. They are most of time giving comfort to enemies of nation. Many Hindus and specially religious type and one hindu Industrialist of Sindhi origin has helped this organization secretly. If gop allows this people then over long term their hate program ( hidden anti Punjabi diatribe) will succeed and can lead to violence.
Now B.Stan is on fire as such nationalist groups like BNA etc are blowing up pipelines, electric pylons, railways on regular basis. Mr. Musharraf had already warned the will not tolerate. He said this time B.Terrorist will not even understand as missile strikes. This way mr. A. Bugti died while leading terror tactics.
Sindhis are not that type hot headed. They are mild people but still govt has to be on guard as little shrub if not can removed in time can result in huge tree. But the method used is wrong.
I feel sad for saddist ways of intelligence agencis way and unfortunately all over world it is same.
Time has come for Sindhi nationalist to leave seperatist ways and also now president of Pakistan will be Sindhi so they shgould feel happy.
Some time sindhi congress does some things not good as once they published picture of mrs. Bhutto and mr. Advani when she was in exile and visiting india forr lecture. Title of photo was "Sindhi leaders meet in India". This is not very nice. Sindhi congress should 1st declare that they have no agenda of breaking country that will be welcomed by all and hopefully such incidence will not happen.
People with knowledge of law like YLH should write about this case how above Gentleman can get justice in Law of court.

very moving story of Mr Sarki. what a contradiciton, same establishment that is risking everything for years to support Kashmiri freedom can't stand a lone freedom fighter of Sindh who has always claimed to be secular and non-violent.

It is true that US is ignnoring (not supoorting) such violations of human rights by pak establishment because it wants to use the establishment to its ends as much as it can. but ultimately it is the Pak establishment that is responsible for this and also citizens who feel proud of the progress (super highways, longer missiles, nicer military hospitals etc) made on this blood money. People who enjoy the fruits of this blood money have no right to shift all blame on the payer of this money...Pakistanis are majorly responsible for it. You can't have it both ways.

WHAT A FARCE HAS PAKISTAN TURNED OUT TO BE.OoN PAPER EVERYBODY IS A muslim but in reality he is a tribal first whether sindhi or punjabi or muhajir or pathan its really good that 95% of Hindus came out in 1947 otherwise they wud hv stayed like tongue between teeth.India too shud hv sent all its muslims to pakistan n there wud hv been no riots or bombing.Nehru/Gandhi were the biggest idiots of this world n coming generations of Hindus is going to vomit on them.
