Once Pakistan or any other country establishes a clean record and has an outlay of $20 billion waiting in the wings, then they would DESRVE a waiver.

But Pakistan is unlikely to want any such thing, because in Pakistan, there is a near universal consensus among the thinking classes that the deal is bad for for the junior partner (India in this case).

yeah as some said 100,000 crore rupess are behind it or

100,000,00,00,000 rupees or

2000,00,00,000 dollars approximately (2000 crore)

or 20,000,000,000 (20,000 million, 20 billion)

the US congress would not laugh this off.....
