mjakbar is more or less right about what indian think of pakistan, but doesn't matter what you do, till muslims change their psychology or religion or whatever to feel more human and less muslims this feeling of relocating them to some other part of world or universe will only grow....

this "us" vs "them" psychology where muslims' strongest identity is is "being a muslim" and nothing else, is what is the problem. Whether you create oil rich billionaires or whatever, till they get out of this psychology they will look as not so reasonable or rational humans to others........


So amount of development can help here, education can help but neither high tech education nor madarsa education can help... they need the basics... taught between 6-10 standard, in biology, maths, science and may be history..... they need to be told of history before Muhammad...

Every terror attack that originates in Pakistan will strengthen the right wing politics in India and push it backwards. Every time Muslims are murdered in India or a mosque is razed down, it strengthens the fundamentalists' grip in Pakistan.

So yes, the destinies of India and Pakistan are entwined. There is no other way. As the columnist MJ Akbar has written recently "If a poll were taken in India asking whether Pakistan should be relocated in Latin America, the answer would be an unanimous yes." But sorry, Pakistan is going to stay next to India. Some things are a given.

India and Pakistan have to crush poverty and emerge as strong and stable democracies together. There is no other way.

India's destiny is in its own hands, as is pakistan's. This equalisation is the one and only problem. And people like you should be sent to reeducation camps - whether in the SWAT or in the RSS heartlands.

search "islamic savagery" you will get more than 1000 hits

meanwhile in SWAT people are living happily following islamic way of life- no school, no credit card....

Regarding creation of jihadis, both the neighbors- India and Afghanistan warned Pakistan to use non military establishment to engage in war. It will poison the society....
But then for Pakistan everything starts from Saudi Arabia and Saudi Arabia is close to USA, it will be close to it.

Everything is not over yet...just learn to accept, what Afghanistan and India says...It will create better Pakistan, Afghanistan and even India....
