Maulana Bhashani was very much the consummate trouble maker but a true politician with real party workers and practiced what he preached. What i do not understand why was he labelled Maulana when in fact he was a communist?

hamidm #290 how many hospitals and universities did asghar khan, nasrullah, and bhashani build and maintain??? how well did they know about anything outside their local circles in pakistan?? there were merely drawing room politicos, whereas imran khan has been on the front lines getting tear gassed.
So, get a D for this answer.

shankar mian,
..... a lot of people wanted to vote for imran khan but he didn't run in the last election .... if he had, who knows, he might have been able to win a few more seats and his party could have become a real political party ....... it takes more than good looks and articulate speech to be successful as a politician - you have to be able to mobilize people at the grass root level and you cannot do that alone .........
........ imran khan is a good man in the tradition of asghar khan, maulana bhashani and nawabzada nasrullah ...... he is a good protester (read whiner), but does not have the ability to organize a tea party for masadi's dolls ... but there are still a lot of people who will vote for him if he can get his shinola together .........

Tragedy of pakistan.
Many in pakistan are celebrating the recently events as a victory for rule of law.
What has really happened is that Mushy sacked anti- mushy judges. Nawaz wanted them back so that he can use the judges as his rabid dogs to attack mushy. In the mean time Zardari has packed the courts with pro zardari judges.
The events in pakiland only proves that there is no law in pakistan, even the judges are simply political, they simply favor their men, no concept of law for them.
What has happened recently is a great tragedy for pakistan, and it proves beyond doubt that there is no hope for democrazy in pakiland.

Tuesday, March 17, 2009
By Salis bin Perwaiz
Karachi
Two bootleggers, allegedly involved in the sale of the poisonous Kuppi (homemade liquor) that claimed the lives of 28 people last week, have been arrested by police. The arrests follow the suspension of two SHOs, who have also been demoted for failing to control the sale of poisonous homemade liquor in their respective jurisdictions.
//////contribution of kerala ////////////////
Kuppi, the local name for bootleg in pakiland means, "Bottle" in malayalam, the kerala language. Good to know that keralites have helped to pake pakis happy by letting them forget the blood bath taking place around them.

It only means that CIA, NATO, and hindus are also involved in bomb blasts in Pakistan as part of their clandestine warfare and propaganda.

.......ever since shariah was accepted in swat, there hasn't been a single bombing in islamabad......
Less than 24 hours since Captain Clueless made this prediction, there's been a bomb blast in Rawalpindi in which at least 20 Pakis have been killed.

Imran Khan is emerging as a leader from this crisis
IK was a clown and will always remain one. The real hero, apart from the awaam, politically speaking is Nawaz Sharif.

speculation is the bomber targetted a location where the lawyers rally was going to pass through. off course his dumb handler forgot to tell him no to blow himself up if there was no rally. and off course himself was even more dumb not to do it and kill innocent people.
