I have found similar rascal in india, too (Harish may have to search little more)...they just want to avoid legal hassle of rape cases by arranging marriage of the rapist with the raped....

Now the zardari has to dismiss the CJ again.
The Nawaz and party want the CJ back only to get at musheraff.
Once put back in his seat, the CJ is going to dig up some old cases and declare that Mushy has to be prosecuted.
