Paracha Sa'ab is no ordinary guy, lets accept it, but comparing him with Zaid Sa'ab would be unfair..
Zaid Hamid is very knowledgeable, thorough.. and (one thing thing that Paracha Sa'ab seems to imply he stands for in the Pakistani society).. VERY POPULAR..!!
if democray could have its way, Paracha sa'ab, should be laying dowm his arms with dignity! :)

I am sure you must have "topped" every institution you have attended and today the whole world (since your world consists of Chowk only) knows what kind of a brilliant and intellectually sophisticated person you are. Now regarding Chowk, find me another site with similar traffic in English where Pakistanis/Indians etc meet to discuss political issues, there is none, these people hold a monopoly and if they can control the issues and the discussion they keep the people misinformed. The traffic is more than a few thousand but even if it was a few dozen even then, it is the only site in the English langugage of the sort and that therefore contours opinion and agendas for the youth, many of whom are Westoxicated, which is precisely the agenda of this site to keep them that way, keep them worshipping the West and thinking low of their own selves and thus continue as slaves of the West....much like your evil self...

You come up with another one of your pointless posts unrelated to what we were discussing. My reason for bringing in lynching in the US that nobody talks about was for the purpose of countering the use of that incident by the US media to in order to get points for its GWOT, simple as that. Mere condemnation without going to the root causes in order to support a much bigger massacre in the form of GWOT around the globe by the US doesn't say much about either a person's intellect, morals or sensitivity to the human condition.

Actually you proved my point by making another one of your pointless posts. I don't balme America for everything under the sun based on conspiratorial detached facts. I look at the world system and its institutions and the Americans dominate it, they reproduce what translates as the sorry subordinate state of the third world. Second even if I might have some similarities with that cia thug in diagnosis- our prognosis is very different. He supports the Pakistan Army (as does the CIA and the US) while I support people's democratic institutions. So whether you legitimize the Pakistan Army's fight against its own people that America wants it to conduct as fighting against US/Indian agents or whether you legitimize it as fighting against islamist terrorists, it is one and the same, because the end result is what benefits the Americans. These are the ways in which people's grievances are taken and directed towards either benign directions or directions that keep the status quo intact and in the wider picture help the imperialists.

They now want to neutralize the only voice of reason in Pakistan, Imran Khan by associating him with their cia asset....and they might even succeed...you on the other hand don't know the basics of anything to comment on these issues as your posts amply reveal....

The only acknowledgment of any link with Yousuf Ali came from an email shared with me privately where Zaid Hamid Alhamdolillah, i have nothing to do with Yousuf or his beliefs or any other people like him.
