That's right. Students politics is as important for a student as is education - in fact, that's precisely what makes him an active part of the society.
Let's hope, though that'd be highly optimistic, that in the coming days, this facet of campus life is more attended to than it is now..

Its true that student politics in education campuses has many ills, but it is here where democracy is born. The student politics not only breeds future leaders but also makes a common person more mature in his electoral judgements.

As usual, its the political parties that spoil the scene, the student politics becomes nothing but the ugly picture of rivalry between rival political parties.

But anyway, its better to have it and face it than to escape from it.
