Your style and brilliance is unlike anything I have read here before. Im so glad you asked me to read this, in a way I feel honored that you asked for my thoughts. And they are simply that I am astonished at your skill young woman! You certainly have a gift and I look forward to discussing this with you when we ``meet``.
Keep up the brilliant work.

*bows and scrapes *...thanks for all the compliments guys. After writing this story I did not want anyone (except my husband) to read it for years. But I am so glad it is finally out, and so, I am sure, would Jaya. She was a rather extraordinary individual under her very ordinary facade.

This, Jawahara, is the most beautiful piece of prose I`ve seen on Chowk. The envy is killing me. If only I could write like this.
Keep the words coming...

I wanted to comment on the beauty of your work, but was rendered speechless.

Absolutely great writing. Another writer on
CHOWK that could be a serious candidate for
a literary agent and publisher.

Story telling at its best!! What a tremendous piece of prose, moving, never faltering for a monet from its agenda, exploring themes of conventionalty of work, desperation of recognition, immersion into the unreal for distraction, all pulled off with such mastery. I read your earlier artcile todau just fortuitously, and i must say that you captivated my attention for the duration of the article, both this one and the one about the esoteric subject of child abuse in our countries...
Jawahara, you have a marvellous gift for narration. Please do keep us all entertained, and maybe we shall ponder on the abstract emotions which you so successfully conveyed. Submit all other articles(if you have)/works to chowk so it can satiate my growing gluttony for reading articles bearing your name..
Thank you again for sharing such a rather ``ordinary`` collection of facts disguised as a extraordinary piece of potent fiction...

God, you are good.
I love this line specially,
``Like a cloud but darker. Like a caress but deeper. Like a vision but forever.``
Some work, I say, some work.
