The Pakistani team that played against India yesterday was not the same team who played against Australia and South Africa. Especially when they came in to bat, they looked like a team who wanted to lose and not to win. Saeed Anwar, Afridi and Ijaz were hitting everything. Inzimam was hitting nothing. It made no sense.
The game against South Africa was a pleasure to watch even though we lost because both sides fought till the very end. It looked like our team threw away yesterday`s game. Are they really unable to chase or is something else going on?
I have no doubt they can win against Zimbabwe if they want to. I am not sure if they play to win or for something else.
