Well....if one continues with the analogy Dr. Niazi has chosen, it were the totally unnecessary surgeries performed simply for the sake of personal gain, by surgical teams headed by Ayub and Zia respectively, that have maimed and mauled this country beyond recognition.
And of ever history has a lesson in it, doctors of the same ilk are very, VERY, bad medicine for the country.

This really is a bit much!!
The son of Maulana Whisky pontificating about the poor state of the country. If it wasn`t for crooks and hipocrates like his father, Pakistan would be one of the respected nations in the world, rather then `one of the poorest countries in the world`.

Hi friends,
I am m/32/indian
can i make good friends here.
if so pls get back to me.
Bye
PS: I was really surprised to see that Chowk Interact doesn`t accept a user name with india in it.
Some msg appears which says cannot accept such usernames as they may offend some.
This is bad spirit. Should have a clean heart.
Anyway all at Chowk, you have done a greta job building this site. keep it up.

It is not only the ward boys who r appointed on politial basis. your appointment at PIMS was also political. if u would recall this position was kept vaccant 4 u and whole process of your selection and appointment took less than few hours.
Mulana whisky was one of the ``religio-politico-sectarian maulvi`` which u saw in your dream.

Real good, keep it up Dr. Niazi.
Tell me was it a dream? Or did it turn into a nightmare....(You are hiding...Dr. Last hope did not leave...)
PS. A word for Shaan, yes you are absolutely right, Ijaz ul Haq is not a rich person, his son studies at Boston University, USA where one year cost is only $35,000.00.Had he been rich, he should have sent him to some expensive university.

Dear friends !
I have no claims of being a writer, but who said you you could not express your feelings, unless you had the label of or the ability to become one.
Inspite of having spent a period of my life in the west and having had higher education abroad, I love our country as much as anyone of you, who claims love for this country.I also, like all of you, want to see it in safe, honest and competent hands, instead of liars and cheaters. My heart also bleeds, when innocent people of our country are tricked by wicked politicians.
We all love our country and being educated, should strive for a change in the system, the Electoral,Feudal system. The system for the Rich and by the rich.Lets struggle against exploitation and materialism.
Contribute, in every manner, even if you have no claims of being a writer.
Long live pakistan!
Insha Allah
Rauf Niazi

``Witty satire?`` Are you sure I was reading the right article? All that I got was an overabundance of commas, over-long sentences, and grammar and spelling to make my high school English teacher faint. And before anyone accuses me of cynicism, I appreciate the author`s intentions, considering the subject matter. It`s just that it takes more than good intentions to write a good article, no matter what the accomplishments of the author`s father.
