This Dr. Aggarawal is part of Dept. of computer science at IITK. A mathematician can have nothing to do with fuel research. Second, IITK comp science is one of the most prestigious depts. even amongst IIT`s. Third, you can dispell your suspicions by reading his algorithm or asking a math expert do the same for you. The algorithm is available on the IITK website. It already has been hailed as a major breakthrough in mathematics by mathematicians world over.

Absolutely not. I dont think I gave such an impression anywhere in my post. Nash made very fundamental contribution towards the development of Game Theory in economics for which he rightly deserved a Nobel prize. He proved the existence of something called ``Nash Equilibrium`` between the competing strategies in a classical prisoner`s dilemma set up( correct me if I am wrong). Game theory, according to me finds tremendous application in real life problems, especially NZSG(non zero sum games). The work of IITK guys is on prime numbers, not game theory. Besides it is a work in mathematics, not economics, hence no possibility of a nobel prize. If you are interested in a very absorbing account of another great number theorist Ramanujam, you can read ``The man who knew infinity``. Hardy, a great mathematician himself, while talking about mathematical geniuses gave Ramanujam a score of perfect 100. On the same scale, he gave himself 25 points, Littlewood, a 30 points, and Hilbert 80 points. It should be noted that Hilbert is recognised as one of the greatest mathematicians of 20th century.

Dude, Indian muslims lost out with partition, as 450 million muslims in Akhand Bharat would really mean something. As someone else said before, even without Indo-Pak tensions, Hindutva-waadis would have been anti-muslim. Of course, Indo-Pak tensions do not help, Indian muslims supporting Pakistan in cricket matches against India does not help, Hindus labelling muslim areas even in Mumbai as chota-pakistan does not help.
