Dam it?

I am pro-extension and pro-Kala Bagh Dam as long as GOP pays a fair and mutually agreed compensation to those effected. I will stand by the land owners until their grievances are met to their contentment. But the time to act is now. We need these two dams to let our children survive. In next 25- 30 years there will be civil wars for water if we fail to plan and execute now.
