No … I’ll let it pass … I think Samina Shah has the right idea … Urstruly deserves compassion … at least until he sorts out some of his delusions.
btw ... I am flattered that you took the time to drop me a note … in between worrying about the future of mankind … and catching people on chowk (wink). Hope you stay focused on your report … Wednesday is supposed to be most productive day of the week ... you know ...

Saminasha #121 Urstruly threatened to light your tail on fire. I merely pointed out that people have gone to war for lesser things than lighting ladies` tails on fire (and knowing you to be an intellectual person, I referred to the War of Jenkin`s Ear, so my post was up to par intellectually).
Now I see Urstruly is calling for help. Do you see me coming to his aid?? No. I am happy to let you and Zahra have a go at him. I have nothing better to do today (I am supposed to be writing a report from home, and get stuck giving these lengthy explanations on chowk instead).

Dosto
mujhe inn laRRaka khawateen se bachao.
Listen Girls! What wrong have I ever done to you. I was just sitting in this corner, minding my own business, spreading my one-liner pearls of wisdom; why did you have to pounce on me. I wish kar bhala ho bhala for everyone. FaqeeroN ko tang nahiN kia karte.
#122 Posted by ZahraJ on July 7, 2004 9:41:48 am
#120: Obviously, you have more knowledge on women and their fascination(s). I will let you run the show. Did you get the recommended dose of espresso? Mujhae Dobara Repeat Na Kurna Parae. Ok. And, I better not find you making ridiculous one liners. Your posts always look nicer if they have at least 750-1000 words. Just an honest observation.

Urstruly, Tahmed,
Dear old boys....as I am a woman, I INVENTED fire...you are mere newcomers; considering I engendered two, not one, but two retorts from our self proclaimed gentlemen, perhaps you should check your own tell tale feathers for signs of smoke? ;)

#119 jhooti - any women would kill for zaewar even today. But I was talking about another zaewar, let me rephrase it - khaamoshi hazar na`emat hay.
#119 Posted by ZahraJ on July 7, 2004 8:53:49 am
#101: In this day and age, some women do not like to wear *zaewar*. Men have taken over that department. Keeping that in mind, I suggest that you look into your own advice. Thank You.

CALLING SATTAR2: urstruly #115 has referred to the ``whiney mirzai spewing his venom.`` Will you let this affront to your mirzai honor go unchallenged? shamsheer sambhalo aur maidan maiN kood paro!!

ylh #104 Look what Michel Chauvin got for Napoleon. First prison on elba, then prison on st. helena. What we need is a good old war of Jenkin`s Ear on chowk in these dog days of summer. Or Saminasha`s Tail, which urstruly has threatened to light on fire.

saminashah
leave me alone or I will say something and it will light up fire under your tail; ok?

Mantolives
Just because I anticipate another unnecessary debate on the word Chauvinist
You don`t get it, do you? Keep in mind that you are not just an interactor but also a writer of this article as well. Your readers and peers have every right to judge you and take you to the task. So it is your responsiblity to control your hyperbole and exercise prudence. For an irrelevant person your rants appear nothing more than that of a whiney mirzai spewing his venom.

mantolives #111 - you asked ``but will a society indoctrinated by the Mullah ever become enlightened? ``
This is where we run into issues. This is where it starts to become obvious that it is NOT the mullahs (as per your definition of Mullah) that bother you. It is much more than that. Since you have already mentioned ataturk to be your hero, it makes it clear that your hatred is not towards mullah - you are simply using mullah as a rallying point. Its almost like this - that we muslims all may disagree on everyother issue but we agree on Israel being an apartheid country. So if i were to rally muslims to my cause (even if it is not something directly related to israel), I will bring up israel just to start with a point where we can ALL agree on.
Besides, your explanation of ``arab imperialism`` also makes your thinking abundantly clear that it is NOT the mullah you are after. when you start talking about ``arab imperialism`` , that is when you will start having adhans in Urdu. And THIS is what I have consistently and persistently tried to bring up on this board - that is, in the grand scheme of problems facing Pakistan today, Mullah is NOT at the top of the list. Unless of course we have another agenda.

Zahra,
You must be compassionate towards Urstruly. His people just discovered fire. And now that they`ve burned themselves, they`re blaming the West...
