That`s strange. I thought maybe I am being casuistic, which is why I said `only maybe`.
What is funny to hear is that you actually have a philosophy teacher. I don`t mean to get personal. It sounds funny, that`s all.

Farzana,
Very true. I agree...will you belive it?:)
noetherf :
``sounds like an all-energy-no-meaning philosophy``...very funny...my philosophy teacher taught me that those who belive philosophy should be practicable...were another school...``casuistry!``
rozaiba:
The impersonal ``mr`` suggest a raher unhaiku like sesnisbility...is the farm in your homeown taking longer to turn even!
Semi:
Thanks...what else!
Err...Aamir...am standing for so long...legs are aching...and ache is not set in 17-syllable tunes!
T: Digressions are what these were...some half a lifetime ago...when i fancied I saw life most clearly!
Thank you all for the indulgence...

Haiku,
We divide the world by colour and taste,
Sushi doesn`t feel the same.

``Please oh please hurl
Bricks at institutions,
Else children will grow up
Thinking bricks only make walls``
This reminds of the you-know-which pink floyd song. Good, good. Be content staring at the trunk, but shoots and roots going into oblivion seems a little vague. If one does try to understand it; sounds like an all-energy-no-meaning philosophy, but only maybe.

Harish:
Some are rather nice and could have been poems:) Minimalism, as the haiku form revels in, works well in 1, 3 and 5 here...
In #2, the lightness of touch contrasts drastically with the idea...like Basu Chatterjee doing a Mrinal Sen...
As for #4... ``Art is a distraction,
Isn’t addition and subtraction
Merely
Accepted abstraction``...
was it written under hallucination?! And if one wants to nitpick, then all abstractions (especially accepted ones) are the sum total of additions and subtractions. Think about it. You may disagree...
