Still the most evocative short description of the killing of **d:
The Madman
From The Gay Science by Friedrich Nietzsche.
Extract:
“…
``How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it? There has never been a greater deed; and whoever is born after us - for the sake of this deed he will belong to a higher history than all history hitherto.``
Here the madman fell silent and looked again at his listeners; and they, too, were silent and stared at him in astonishment. At last he threw his lantern on the ground, and it broke into pieces and went out. ``I have come too early,`` he said then; ``my time is not yet. This tremendous event is still on its way, still wandering; it has not yet reached the ears of men. Lightning and thunder require time; the light of the stars requires time; deeds, though done, still require time to be seen and heard. This deed is still more distant from them than most distant stars - and yet they have done it themselves.

Beautiful essay! I am not too sure if i can agree with your conclusion or even the way you develop your essay; however, I agree with you that ``another`` way of thinking through human existence is much needed today. I would go the extent of proposing that reason has failed us just as much as faith. Perhaps, the greatest challenge of our time is the need to move beyond both faith and reason; the ``third way`` is imperative. What would that be? The most crucial test for post-structuralism!

Great article Farrukh. You know, we should turn to the creation scientist(s) to get answers to your questions. I can safely say, the first step towards answering these questions would be to find harmony between them, if we are to create a harmonious view of God in the mind(s) of mankind.
Laplace was an idiot, who knew nothing about harmony. On his death bed, love laughed at his achievements, for love was the only thing he did not experience throughout his life and he acknowledged that openly before dying. Please try to understand that the love I speak of is the one that promotes harmony.
If Descartes was alive, quixotically speaking, I would have shot his face with ostrich eggs for the terribly incomplete logic: I think, therefore I am. Separating mind from body was a bad bad idea for the human.
The whole problem is: science is incomplete, religion is incomplete, philosophy is incomplete because the human is incomplete.
Post-modernists and post-structuralists, wake up! It`s time to bind meaning to purpose.

More regurgitation of Raza Kazim without any credit to the man.
Shamelessness at its worst- peddaling theories of an elderly philosopher as your own.

Re: # 6
Mr. Hamadani:
By making these perfidious and rhetorical comments without any proof, you are only accentuating your own pathetic existence. If Raza read this article, he would probably disown me forever rather owning to be the author of ideas presented here. What a big farce of a life you must be living. I feel sorry for you.
Here is my phone number 0300-4604229. If you have even an iota of courage or substance to what you are yapping about, give me a call and talk to me in person instead of hiding behind these stupid nick names.
Good day to you,
Farrukh Mehboob Khan

Why do you keep repeating the same old same old lines?
Why can`t you be a bit more original in your insults?

I have to repeat, little fellow. These are not original lines. I went home got Raza Kazim`s Book No: 21 from the shelf, copied these lines and then shot them off to you, so that a great foreign educated intellectual colossus such as you could make mince meat out of me.
You really don’t give up, do you? Alright, you can have the last word. As Karl Marx once said:
``Go on, get out! . Last words are for fools who haven`t said enough``
Yours sincerely,
Farrukh M Khan
