you are right Britain is a reluctant european, because of it`s anglo-saxon links with North america and australia, but with passage of time these are diminishing while links with Eu are increasing,1/2 million brits have properties in spain and increasingly brits are becoming anti-american.
vivek
EU is still work in progress, when i say russia joining EU it may be in next 15 to 20 years time, that`s long time in international politics.

Yaar,
I used to live there before. Now I am in NorthEast. Porn never interested me.
However the High Speed is not high speed in India as compared to CableVision etc.
They have a sort of LAN connectivity that CableWala connects you to. That Cablewala has a High speed connection. Also the networks in Delhi at least are still very primitive.
Co-Axial cables are not IEEE standard, there is lot of collision loss.

His excel 195,
Here we go again, another pak fantacy. No sir, kashmiris are not travelling on UN documents. The travel permits are issues by the indian passport office, not by some local kashmir govt agency. It is available to all indians, not kashmiris alone. Travel documents are issued to other countries also.
In conclusion, pak govt has caved in, documents by passport office and its availablity to all indians only confirs that kashmir is integral part of india. That is the very reason jihadis are against it. At least they can see the imlications more that the so called educated pakistani.
May be mdrassa education is not all that bad.

HisExcellency,
You can interpret the actions of GOI in anyway as you like, but you got to know that no party in India would dare to agree to any land transfer.

``The hope for India-Pakistan peace at this juncture is that it is a far cry from the gooey sentimentalism promoted by a powerful constituency in New Delhi, made up of those who migrated from what is now Pakistan and still dream of what it was like in Lahore before Partition.``

``India ain`t giving up any of its teritory from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.``
Big difference between rhetoric and ground realities. If India indeed considered Kashmir its atoot ang, it would not have agreed to let passengers travel on the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus using UN permit documents. Kashmiris aren`t even prepared to travel on an Indian passport. There is a fundamental difference between what the Indian govt says in public and the steps it is taking (albiet slowly) to accomodate Pakistan and US.

Salim mian, I cant believe you are supporting porn. With your rajput/turkish looks, you should be able to get a woman at the drop of a hat, especially in the US. Believe me, porn is no match for the real thing ;-).
You sound like an idiot.

Many of the fools try to compare India and Pakistan.
But it is more apt to compare Pakiland with Bangladesh....
Maybe, YLH can inform chowkies, about Khatme Nabuwat in Pakiland and now
their activities in bangladesh.

`` - Who is India going to ally with? It will be competing for resources and influence with China, so it certainly won`t ally with China. ``
Why not ally with China ? If Germany and France can become allies why not India and China. It diminishes or eliminates any leverage other countries can get playing off India and China.
`` - Where is India going to get its energy needs fulfilled, if it does not have alliances? ``
This will be a question whether alliances or no alliances and pipelines or no pipelines
`` Pakistan and India should grow their economies by the current 6-8%. And they should solve internal problems, based on the wishes of the internal people (another area where egos play a great role). In the end, as long as people have a way to make good money and move from one place to another, easily, they are happy. And they lose their unnecessary nationalism. ``
There is nothing terribly wrong with nationalism
`` All this talk of influencing this and influencing that, and become a player and non-player etc. is nothing more than a desire to satisfy an inferiority complex. And a waste of time..........``
Still haunted by the failure of your buddies to prop up the Taliban ???

`` Reality Check #3: Both India and Pakistan are sitting on stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Unresolved disputes + Intransigence + Nuclear weapons = Recipe for Disaster ``
Precisely the reason I do not think China and USA will ever back Pakistani adventurism against India.
