I suppose now Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Mekaal Hassan, Raza Kazim etc are not Pakistanis but Indians...
Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and other paki musicians only got rich when they came to India...including that fat guy..
Collin David, Sadequain, Gulgees etc have suddenly changed their nationality and become Indians...
Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Ahmed Faraz, Parween Shakir, Ustad Damin etc are all Indians..
Anyone to match, say, Ravi Shankar...
These are world renowned figures...
Sure....world famous in Pakistan...just like the daily times is world famous in Pakistan..

``As for East Pakistan... the idea of keeping Bangladesh within the Pakistan union was Congress` pre-condition to agreeing to partition.
It was an aberration that was quickly corrected.``
guess this is the newest spin in the moderately enlightened pakistan. i didnt know that Nehru and Congress were responsible for east pakistan`s miseries for over a quarter century.

Arjun Yaar, no offense, but Ravi Shanker sucks. Anushka is worse than friggin Brittany Spears. I watched them a week ago. I have seen and studied a lot of Ravi Ji’s work, there are other much more influential Indian Satirists than Ravi Ji. Ustad Walayat Ali sahib, for example, is a lot more respected among musicians, in terms of his technical competence and contribution.
Waisay Yaar, don’t but such a dick. Music is no one’s personal property. It belongs to us all. You can have a little bit of our’s and we can claims some of yours as ours.

Dude... India has such great culture... that your top singing sensation right now is a fat Pakistani reject ...a two bit criminal who kidnapped his own kid and has been a fugitive ever since... and he is YOUR NO 1 SINGER... has his own GOD DAMN INDIAN IDOL show...
India has such great culture... that top Bollywood songs are sung by upstarts like Atif and Najam Seraz and they reacn number 1... And ... yes... Nusrat isn`t famous at all... Eddie Vader was stupid to consider him the greatest Music legend alive... India is all that... and yet... a stupid two bit actress who we consider too cheap ... and who probably has an IQ of less than room temperature becomes an overnight success in your country...
Get a friggin` life... you Indians are pathetic... for a `great cultured` nation you spend a lot of time obsessing over us uncultured Pakistanis...

Kulharee, I am going to have to ask you to be more combative and hurl insults at others...your postings are just too friendly and funny. I don`t care if you post entire tomes on the lukhnow gharaana but atleast have the decency to post something about sati or karo kari or atleast a zinger laced with gandhi`s sleeping habits or jinnah`s homosexuality.

Indians should thank the paki cops/armymen for shooting up the Azad Kashmiri crowd...We want a migration in the other direction....

A Kashmiri policeman (L) stops earthquake survivors trying to cross the Line of Control (LoC) to India, in Titrinote, Pakistan-administered Kashmir, about 180km (112 miles) east of Islamabad November 7, 2005 Pakistan and India open one checkpoint of the Loc between Pakistan-administered Kashmir`s Titrinote and Indian-administered Kashmiri`s Poonch. The Pakistani proposal to open five points on the old rivals` disputed border in Kashmir appears more of a symbolic gesture of friendship, rather than something that will make a big difference for efforts to bring relief to survivors.

Dear Raw dust,
Your ignorance, as usual, is not my fault.
Ofcourse an East and West Pakistan could have worked... had we given Democracy a chance... but it certainly takes the sting out of those who consider East Pakistan`s separation from West Pakistan ... an indication of our perpetual surrender... Ofcourse uncomfortable facts of history always look like a spin to our friends from across the border... and those who lick and clean after them.
What we do from here and now.. we can`t be held back by the failure of the previous generation to work out a workable democratic system with mature institutions.... nor can we be held back by the cheer leaders of the Indians who are found in abundance on this website... but thankfuly not in real life.

Indians are returning the favour man...
Afterall, even after 60 years Pakistanis still hang the picture on the wall of a stupid two bit
Indian lawyer who got sidelined from Congress and Freedom struggle.

Now that you have made an appearance, we can at least see the Black part.
Re: # 72
Chalto, I am not the combative type I used to be. I have mellowed down and now my aim is not to kill but to win hearts with love and my charming demeanor, and my sex appeal. I am working on a few Chowkies here.
