Further gems from Amaresh Mishra. :-)
http://ghulammuhammed.wordpress.com/2008/10/11/an-open-letter-to-the-nati onal-integration-committee-by-amaresh-misra/
During my travels to the US I unearthed a widespread plot to destabilize India. This plot is being hatched by American and Indian Right Wing elements—but is being resisted by American Democrats. Shivraj Patil and Narendra Modi are part of this plot; what do you make of Tata shifting his Nano car to Gujarat? It means that even the corporate lobby has thrown in its lot with fascists.
What is the long-term design of the American-Israeli plot? It is to butcher Indian Muslims, sound a death knell to Indian nationalism, and erode India’s sovereignty. Let this letter serve as a warning to people like Shivraj Patil and Narendra Modi, who are not even a speck of dust as compared to Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and Indira Gandhi. A thousand Shivraj Patil, Narendra Modi and toady figures like Ratan Tata, will die a thousand deaths before their American masters can destroy India—a country built by the sacrifice of millions of Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians.

"It is just plain ridiculous to claim that the passage to IVC goes through Hinduism… Hinduism did not even exist when IVC was thriving! Hinduism has nothing to do with IVC...."
Mr. Rakhaldas Bandyopadhyay was the original excavator of IVC. Please read his books. He found idols of Pashupati/Shiva in Harappa which is integral part of Indian religious practice, still today. Isn't this enough to say that those people and current day Indians follow same set of traditions? IVC is integral part of Indian history....
You are attached with 7th century arab beduinism. So, whatever may be IVC, it has nothing to do with islam/ arab barbarism. That must be clear to you. How will you link current Pakiland with arabic script, moon god, desert rituals etc... with IVC?

Anil sahib, nice try at saving face but there is no such thing as "looser's contempt" as you stated in your previous post.
You are spending too much time on Chowk

Anil writes "You show a looser's contempt toward anyone who has ability to point holes in your arguments."
Anil sahib, salam and baal chach raazi?
Before you tell me about my abilities, please learn how to spell "loser", this is the second time you have misspelled it in HBS fashion. It is not a typo, you definitely do not know how to spell the word and probably don't know how to use a spell check. Regarding my abilities, were you to be born 100 times....never mind....
Have a nice day,
TNI Masadi

Masadi sahib:
Paranoia should be your middle name. I don't have any contact with Chowk staff whatsoever.
Your views do not scare me, they show a pathetic state of your mind. You bragged about the elitist of the elite schools you attended, but do not even mention the name of your buckle of bible belt college you attended. You show a looser's contempt toward anyone who has ability to point holes in your arguments.
You completely lack the ability to coalesce concepts. You are relentless in shredding others, but have nothing to contribute. Your write-ups are sewer pipe inspector's reports. You have been looking though it for so long that you only see what flows through them, in everything the others say.
More importantly, I am strong believer in freedom of expresssion, therefore, I recognize your right to keep writing you sewerpipe inspectors reports.

Anil sahib, I know I was in violation of your Hindu sensibilities that is why you got me banned from chowk, but it only tells us how miserable the chowk staff are. Hamid can say whatever he wants on here about islam and he is encouraged, indeed raised to the status of a sage but when I say something like Hindu and Dunkin Dounts in the same line I am banned. Great work, that is why our friend Tahir who wrote fine piece of anthropology "A whole lot of shakin going on" is no longer on this site. These policies will soon reduce the entire chowk to the least common denominator of intellect that of morons and retards like tahmed and hamid and of course that HBS graduate, ANIL. Go ahead ban me again....

I did not say that hinduism is the basis of the Indian civilization; when I said hinduism is more than a religion, I could also have said that it is less than a religion. The ties that bind Indian civilization are cultural, some of them may be associated with hinduism. Although I do not know any of the south indian languages, I never feel alien when there; I do feel somewhat strange if I visit a temple because religious practices in the temple there are different from mandirs in the north.Nor did I feel a stranger in Bangladesh which also does not share my language. And I have a feeling that I won't feel a stranger in Sri Lanka also for the same reason.
And no, Fiji or Trinidad will not be part of the Indian civilization even if they become Hindu majority. However, Hindus there probably will feel a link to the Indian civilizations unless they are local people who have converted to Hinduism, just like Afrikaans of South Africa probably feel a link with European civilization.

Hinduism includes all tribal pagans and animistic thoughts......it include all thoughts that DO NOT HATE idolatory and representation of spiritualistic deities..

Hinduism includes ancient Aryanistic thoughts that worshipped Mitrah, Agni, Yama and other deities found in Zoroastrian books.

Hindusim also includes all sorts of animistic and paganistic/idolator thoughts.
Hinduism has NOTHING common with Abrahmic cults.

"That also answers the question whether the tribals are Hindus and whether those animists who worship stones, trees, rivers, etc., are Hindus. Hinduism accepts anyone as a Hindu who considers himself a Hindu..."
those, who are attached to local culture of India... not, those who follow 7th century beduine paedophile and contemporary stupid arab rituals.......

"While I am agnostic towards the AIT, the above statements are not inconsistent with that hypothesis. That theory states that the local people were driven from the Indus Valley and this is the reason that you do find linguistic similarities with people further south; it also claims that the aryans incorporated some of the local gods into their belief system..."
Please tell me who are Aryans now ? Punjus? UP Bhaiyas? Brahmins? You can not find that way. Most of the present day gods evolved in Puranic ages, which has no relation with Vedas etc...The concept of Aryan-Dravidian was valid only during Vedic period....After that, no literature speaks about such stuff...
