Dear BJ2 , who said life stops? It is bound to move and change, as there is change only constant in this universe.

May Allah SWT bless her soul and grant her the best place in Janatul Firdaus, amen.
Time only heals such wounds, a sibling is after all a sibling, same flesh and blood and passing away of a sibling is affects deep emotions regardless of the level of relationship one maintained.
May Allah SWT make it easy for you to cope with the loss and bless you with sabr-e-jameel, amen.

BJ, how do you always manage to say the inappropriate thing to the grieving?

ajeya...
death is the most dangerous reality of animal life...can you recall the 5 questions Dharma asked Yudhisthira in the form of a crane? the first one was "what is the most strange thing on this planet?"..." every grown up human knows, they will die sooner or later, but does not keep that in mind, while acting"...I don't think death of near and dear ones should always trigger something positive/negative emotions to everyone....

Once again, this is so sad...you are grieving for her life as well as her death. Some people seem to have to carry more of a burden than the rest of us. Your sister was obviously one of those people. You will always miss her, but I hope the pain becomes less raw with time.

I'm grieved to learn of your loss. May Allah grant your sister forgiveness and Paradise, and to you patience.

Dear Ajeya, we are always against killing innocent people, htis phase is temporary and it will pass and it is not mere killings or deaths. It is Pakistan's Mahabharta.....although Arjuns are not ready to play their role. Time will come and we have Gurus , who ask sacrifices from Ekelavayas, we are waiting but things will improve.
This fire is not restricted to Pakistan only, please do think why has IPL been shifted to South Africa?
Truth is truth, it has no boundaries, purpose is to understand truth not to fall for parochial thinking.
Thanks for your sharing my grief.

mahmood,
My heartfelt condolences. It is difficult to feel what it must feel like. But time will make things better again. Maybe in her memory, you can start a movement in Pakistan that rejects deliberately targeting and killing innocent people. Of course, if this endangers your life, then don't do it. But maybe you can write against it.

[Each Man's death diminishes me
Because I'm involved in Mankind...]
Really? Even the men, women and little children targeted purposely and blown up by your brothers?
Very touching...you are a true muslim.
