This might then lend credence to the notion that ISI is trying to kick OBL from Pakistan because it is too much heat.

I have a feeling that your mind is made up and whatever i say is not going to matter. Let me try, however. As the taliban made its advancement, both the NA & iran accused the US of helping them. Sources: indian papers & the bbc. Significantly, the US did not deny them or if it did, it did so weakly. Moreover, one of the first foreign dignitaries to pay a visit to a kabul after the taliban takeover was Bill Richardson, fueling suspicions of the kind feroz_k had mentioned elsewhere. To my mind, there`s enough circumstantial evidence of US complicity.
