sajni #29 You have now answered everything I wanted to know about shampoos but was afraid to ask. Thank you, thank you, thank you. May you have hair as rich and as long as that of Repunzel (unless you wish to cut it of course), and may each hair be as soft and silky as you would want. And may you live to use a million bottles of shampoo, and may each bottle be more new and improved than the last. :-)

Tahmed32 #28: yes your wife would definatley think that you have lost your mind if you called her long distance just to ask her that. so let me make it easy for you :) why we need two bottles of shampoo is because it adds variety to our lives, and plus every shampoo smells different so its fun. another reason is that changing shampoos every now and then prevent buildup caused by using the same shampoo over and over again and again. if the other bottle is a conditioner then it is because it moisturizes the hair and protects it from falling out due to extreme dryness :) hope that answered all you questions about the mysterious thing called ``THE SHAMPOO``

sajni #27 You obviously are very knowledgeable on shampoos. After reading your post I went to the bathroom and double checked the shampoo bottle my wife uses and which I had assumed was for women only (dont ask me what made me assume that, since I dont know), and sure enough - there was nothing on the bottle to say it was meant for women. So, another one of Life`s Big Mysteries solved.
...This leaves me with only one Big Mystery: Why do we need two different shampoo bottles in the shower stall? I bet even you cant answer this one, and I will have to find out from my wife once she is back in town (I could ask her over the phone why we need two different shampoo bottles, but she would probably think I was asking this question because I had loosened a screw in my head while scrubbing my hair).

#tahmed32, its ok to err is human, maria is not poor anymore since now you know i am the one who suggested the shampoo and not her, so she is free now. there is no such thing as a man`s shampoo or a woman`s shampoo for that matter, you can use any shampoo you want :) be careful when looking at the ingredients of a shampoo in case its too harsh like the regular soap. some ingredients like, sodium lauryl sulfate and alcohol are deadly so choose a mild shampoo, plus sahmpoos are so much more fun to use, beautiful colors, great smells. enjoy :)

sajni #25 sorry to have attributed your good advice on shampoo to ``poor maria``. (Incidentally, why is maria poor?)
I have no doubt you would recommend nothing but the gentlest of shampoos (It is just the term ``matrix boilage`` that brought the wrong image of a heavy-duty drain-pipe cleaner in my mind).
Actually, I must admit to using a shampoo at times, and plain soap at other times when I cant be bothered to reach out to the shampoo. I like that green herbal shampoo the best since it smells nice and fresh. My wife uses some kind of a woman`s shampoo I think. Which brings me to my next cosmic question - why do we need to have men`s shampoo vs. woman`s shampoo?

this is for ``tahmed32`` it was not poor maria who recommended the shampoo it was me, you can look at my previous posts. actually i do not want poor maria to be blamed in case ``the shampoo`` ruins your hair and everything. but dont worry it wont, its a wonderful moisturizing shampoo that adds lots of shine and life to lifeless hair, trust me :)

maria: I shall be on the lookout for the ``matrix boilage shampoo`` that you recommend. Sounds suspiciously like some kind of industrial strength detergent to me though, guaranteed to do away with hair, skin, and the outer layer of the skull.

FJ: kya karon...i`m just so obsessed with `eyes` ;)....does `profoundly pathetic` seem ok to u waisay? me thinks it does justice :)

Trillium: many thanks...hopefully there is more where this came from...

``profoundly sad`` is inadequate. excessive imagery, tired plot, wordy. left nothing to reader`s imagination. repetitive emphasis on ``eyes``.

overall trite attempt.

This whole shampoo thing is completly silly. An insult to the author of the story.

tahmed32: you must be one of those lucky folks who are born with naturally silky hair but some of us, unfortunatley arent so lucky. some of us need good quality shampoo to change what nature has given us meaning dry and dull hair :( so please shampoos are a god send gift not a conspiracy. try matrix biolage shampoo and you`ll know what i mean.
