Hasan I like to depth in the atrcile. You must have been a habitual reader. That is very healthy sign. In my personal opinion, things does not change but just writing good articles. Sensitive people like yourslef should take corrective action. Small contribution by individuals to imporve things can make a huge difference on collective basis
