Yes, terrorsim is a global phenomena. But the fact is that Paki state as a whole has cultivated terrorism aka jihad as state policy.

yeah...so the lesson is...STOP creating, financing, aiding, abetting terrorists who kill people in india, afghanistan, US, UK etc etc.. cuz them chicken are home now and roosting at the multiplex
