[Most troublesome was God’s presence and overseeing in his bed room while he made love to his sweetheart and companion, Bette Davis. Irked by His omnipresence, he begged God to leave him alone. He told him he was now a responsible adult and quite capable of managing his own affairs without any help from Him. This is how he bade goodbye to his God and he is happy for doing so.

He left God for a pusssy !!?? what a na-mard

Dear dullaghatti:
Dr. Sohail is quite a complex person yet, at the same time, one can easily empathize with him. He is into spirituality and mysticism also. He is influenced by the thoughts of Bualleh Shah. I am impressed by the professional service that he is rendering the humanity at large and the honesty of his intellectual boldness.
Thanks for your interest.
Mohammad Gill

Gill sahib thanks for pointing me to Dr. Sohail`s web sites. I had read Punjabi translations of couple of his articles in media in last year or so and was wondering who this guy is.

Question pops up once in a while that where are Bullahs and Shah Hussains of our times...I think people like Dr Sohail are Bullahs of our times. He may not be writing kaafis (or is he?) but he is struggling with the same dilemmas and issues Bullah was and in my view dealing with it more boldly and honestly than Bullah did. Thanks for the review.

I am glad you clarified the identity of Bette Davis.

Mentioning ``making love to Bette Davis`` soon after a paragraph on masturbation could have caused a misunderstanding :-)

This is a revolutionary essay. Nothing like this has ever been written in the history of alcohol.
