But if you take into account how many Sikhs were killed by West Punjabi Muslims then it is very shocking. Reason is very simple.

I am truly sorry that your relatives suffered at the hand of some so-called Sikhs, and Yes, there was violence equally from both sides.

My ancesstors never came from Lyallpur, I never stated that, we might have had some land there given in 1910-20s by the British. My mom's side was(extended family) Quetta, Kohalla, Darri and Noshki. These cities had very few Sikhs/Hindus and it is a fact that Pathan Razakdars raped and killed these women and in some cases cut their breasts and cooked them in front of the dying victims.(I know someone who met one woman who survived by English Captain's help 30-40 yrs ago.

Sikhs suffered the most during Parition for no fault of theirs; reason is simple Hindus got Hindustan- Muslims got Pakistan and Sikhs got Jhakk-Maro(popular slogan).
Muslims wanted Pakistan and they wanted to ethnically cleanse Pakistan of non-Muslims(Anybody who denies this has his eyes closed).

What is the percentage of Sikhs/Hindus in Pakistan currently? That itself will answer my question.
