I am sure you would understand where it all started from?

Thanks to Allah SWT Alhamdulillah that HE blessed us with such noble rulings while we would like to be in a position to also thank the scholarly of Islam to appropriately first educate themselves with the noble teachings of the faith of Islam which teaches no less than co-existence & tolerance and stands for no less than peace, however, the effect in the teachings of those who do not either implement these teachings first in their own practices and character or fail to convey these spirits in their absolute terms to those who aspire to learn from them is one of the factors of the failure we observe; it is therefore that, Islam today is the most misunderstood faith first by it's own believers, and, then by the rest of the audience who are only able to see the darker and illiterate side of the faith as dramatized and presented by the acts of those who appear to be portraying it's lesser image to the rest of the world.

Karachi was deprived of it's cosmopolitan society consisting of variety of ethnicities, the local ones and those who have migrated in the name of a homeland for Muslims by the leaders who came in later and divided Karachi into districts and sub-districts, identifying certain areas as Urban and certain as Rural! later effecting policies to promote quotas for Rural domicile individuals over the Urban domicile individuals in connection with education/admission to colleges, govt. jobs and Civil Service.
At the time of founding of Pakistan there were several open minded intellectuals in all ethnicities including Baluchistan, Punjab, NWFP & Sindh as the time went by so did the clear water rolled away and all that is left is the dirt & filth that needs to be dredged out to clean the waterways again.

While the specifics of the unfortunate incident are unknown beyond what media reports and beyond what is the understanding of people per-se, it is the incumbent upon Muslims to act in accordance with the principles of Islam.
First of all the people who took the life of another at their own determination have no right to exercise in the manner they acted; secondly it is even more shameful for the owners of the business to unilaterally terminate the services of others of Hindu faith prematurely.
Both of these acts are an evidence of illiterate and premature individuals who took it upon themselves to act in this manner.
It is the responsibility of Muslims to assure that even in such a circumstance as described by these factory workers they should have allowed the authorities to take notice of such an occurrence at the most they should have brought their dissatisfaction to the attention of authorities in an appropriate and non-biased manner.
