I am a retired army officer, a Colonel, retired 12 years back. An Engineer Officer, a Bengal Sapper. Settled in Roorkee, the seat of Bengal Sappers, in 1994. Take interest in general social issues, consumer affairs etc, and write now and then to some one or the other, usually to apprise or suggest, but some times to criticize! Not much use I know, but gives self satisfaction. Planning to write life’s account- no, not related to service experience, but on human interest issues.
