Qaiser Rashid

Qaiser Rashid completed "Master of Professional Business Studies" (MPBS) degree from Auckland University of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand. Qaiser works as a Business Management Consultant and specializes in the areas of Knowledge Management, especially Knowledge Sourcing Behavior; Cross Cultural Diffusion; and Change Management.

Currently, Qaiser is doing research in Knowledge Management - Knowledge Sourcing Behavior in Sports Organizations.

Qaiser is heavily involved in cricket as a player and researcher as the game represents a classical case of the cross cultural diffusion. He is always researching on 'sources of competitive advantages' - why certain teams are better than others? He is very keen to learn as to why cross cultural diffusion did not take place in cricket?

Qaiser was a regular newspaper writer and mostly wrote for Nawaiwaqt about 17 years ago that ended once he moved overseas. Now, he likes to write on current affairs, sports, research methods / process, business, education, environmentalism, and Pakistan.
