Zahra Romana

Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1970 to Pakistani diplomats, grew up in 8 different countries as a dip brat. Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, USA, Masters of Arts from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. Worked for 8 years in the poverty alleviation/development sector in Pakistan, before moving first to Sydney- Australia and then on to Doha- Qatar, accompanying her husband. Mother to three boys, trying desperately to write between school runs, rugby practice and through all the mayhem and chaos.
