Psychiatrist by profession, have been writing poetry and prose in Punjabi,Hindi and Urdu since 20 years.

Have published a collection of my Punjabi ghazals(Haadsiyaan da Safar), and many articles on socio-economic and mental health related issues in Punjabi and Hindi news papers and magazines while I was in India.

Moved to UK recently and working as consultant in NHS.
