Naveed Ejaz

Neuroscientist in training by day, elegantly wasted by night. I have a BSc in Computer Science from LUMS , Pakistan and an MPhil in Computational Biology from Cambridge, UK. Currently working towards a PhD in Neuroscience from Imperial College, UK.

I have been disabled since birth with Cerebral Palsy - Spastic Hemiplegia. Born and bred in Karachi, I am aware of the many aspects of being disabled in the third world i.e. social, educational, professional etc.

I am tired of being just a critic, so for now writing is possibly one of the few ways I can try to make a difference back home.

If you feel the need to share an idea, a joke or even a cup of coffee, please feel free to reach me at: naveed.ejaz@cantab.net
