Tayyab Rashid

He is dedicated to the awareness, use, enhancement,
and integrity of MANagement(as opposed to Management)
and underlying realignment of concepts, tools and
tasks as a value-added management process. His
interests include supporting alternative opinion in
Pakistan and encouraging ability, modesty and freedom
to question.

He recieved his master’s in Busines Administration
from Drexel University in Philadelphia, US. Later he
worked for Unisys as a part of management consulting
team - that was in blue bell, pennsylvania till mid
1999. These days, Tayyab is associated with Pakistan
Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences in Nelore
-where in his spare time, he tries to teach. He thinks
you can give curiosity, not knowledge. He has also
taught Management at various universities in
Islamabad.


He also co-ordinates aQsa, a non-profit organization
which aims to act as a platform, and intends to
provide Reason, Resources, and Recognition for
Academic quality in Pakistan.

Tayyab is currently working on his ’booklet’ named
Sustainable Organization - Is there Life After Enron.
This work offers MANagament as opposed to Management
to bring passion back into organizations. He also
enjoys speaking and writing about it.
