Mahnaz Alam

I am what they call a burger here in karachi. I moved here about 3 and half yrs ago. And about to graduate, as a graphic designer. A profession unexpected... no complains. i was always a writter at heart, poems first....but i never thought my words were never good enough, maybe not smart enough. So stopped writing, until i came to chowk. It was so amazing and freeing to read about others. So i found my courage to contribute what ever i had. And i did... and it has left me with this feeling...my mother says its like love no one will ever know what it means except you. she was right... it was like love. I have always been a terrible speller, and my vocab sucks.. but i wont stop now. i have found my freedom, and i think thats better then anything. i am a dreamer.....and the best part is to able to share it.
